At FemelyFlex, we strive to ensure that every pair of aviator sunglasses you receive meets your expectations. However, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return unused items within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition, with tags, packaging, and without any damage. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your sunglasses for a different model or color, you can request an exchange within the return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Exceptions

Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of use, damage, or alterations. Final sale and discounted items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
